Travelling with your pet dog

Below we publish a series of suggestions and advice on how to behave when we go by car, train, ship and plane in the company of our four-legged friends.
Vaccinations Although Italy is not mandatory rabies vaccination certificate (in some regions but is required) is recommended when traveling in the company of our animal, bring your health card (issued by your vet ) on which are recorded all vaccinations. If you travel in Europe, U.S. or Canada we munirci of an international certificate of origin and health issued by ASL or an officially licensed veterinarian.
The certificate shall state that:
1) the dog has been vaccinated against rabies less than eleven months and more than twenty days;
2) the dog was examined on the day of issuance of the certificate and found to be clinically healthy.

This certificate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. In some countries there are rules even more strict on what you can get detailed information directly to the veterinary service. Often they are also provided for the quarantine period of time ranging from country to country, in which the animal is separated from the master and held at a building health
